Flower were fresh, beautiful, and arranged so beautifully. The colors and presentation were perfect, and the bouquet looked even better than I expected. Excellent quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This florist was a god send to me today. My sister got married very last minute after falling in love and flying across the country leaving California and me behind. I wanted to be there at the courthouse to witness their matrimony so badly but I couldn’t make it. I called El Jardin Del Tiempo and hour and half before her courthouse appointment asking if she could whip up a special bouquet so my sister had something from me with her. She made the bouquet absolutely perfect. It resembles the one my sister made for me on my wedding day! She really helped me pull off a wonderful gesture in an impossible window of time. The added succulents look just like the ones that grew at my aunt’s house that my sister added to mine. Just perfect and so fresh too!( see added photo) and support your local florists!

I called to ask about their prices and delivery service, and the employee told me delivery would be $15. I mentioned that I had found their shop on Uber Eats, where they had a bouquet listed for $45. I told her I was going to compare the delivery fee on Uber before deciding where to place my order. She asked me to call her back and let her know what I decided. She also mentioned that if I ordered directly through them, she could make me a nicer bouquet because the ones listed on Uber weren’t as nice. After I placed my order through Uber, I called back as she had requested to let her know. She acknowledged it, and after we hung up, she proceeded to cancel my order. If they don’t want customers ordering through Uber, they shouldn’t list their business there. Canceling my order simply because I chose to order through the platform they offer was unprofessional and came across as very rude.

I decided to try this local delivery for the first time as I have always used other more popular florists and connections. Though the ordering was smooth and delivery on Thursday 8/21/25 was smooth, the bouquet was much smaller than what I was used too. Few dollars less but much smaller, the vase, the length of individual roses advertised as long stem was shorter than expected. Pretty much a miniature version of what I am accustomed to. But my disappointment cumulated when the flowers almost all wilted by Sunday evening! See attached picture 8/27/25: The owner of the business was kind enough to reach out to me, explaining what she could have done differently and apologized for my dissatisfaction. I will give this business another chance in the future.
